You can absolutely add sensors for a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) to monitor 8 tires on your RV. There are two options for a TPMS I recommend:

Since the GM TPMS uses a proprietary software so you aren't going to be able to use another sensor with the program even if they operate on the same frequency. No, we will not have any tire pressure monitoring sensors that will work with your Ram 2500s built in TPMS that is waterproof. You can absolutely get additional sensors to add onto the four that come with the Tire Linc TPMS for RVs and Trailers w/ Signal Booster - Bluetooth - 4 Tire Sensors # LC37VR.

We do have a variety of TPMS systems you can install and use on your trailer being pulled by your 2018 Ford F-350, but none of our systems will integrate into the Ford monitor if that's what you have in your truck.

I recommend using the TireMinder i10 TPMS for RVs and Trailers w/ Signal Booster - 10 Tire Sensors # TM56FR, which comes with 10 sensors and will work well for your Class A and flat towed vehicle to allow you to monitor all of the tires in your setup. This is a really nice value system comes with an easy to read color LCD monitor but this system is only rated for tires with low pressure valve stems, up to 65psi.

A 13 inch rim such as the # AM3S334 wheel you purchased would have a valve stem hole that's .453 inches in diameter, which is compatible with one of the grommets included with the the # AM20906 metal valve stem you'd looked at. The JRVCS1CM iN-Command system you have is compatible with TPMS systems but the # NCTP1002 is only the tire pressure monitor sensors and are designed to work as an add on to the iN-Command RV Tire Pressure Monitoring System # NCTP100.
